Good stuff.
In my playthrough it seems to be done by asking Morrigan if there is any other way, nothing else effects it (I've tried).
Alistair is alive in my game, yours?

Alistair was dead in mine, but, yes, all you need is to first ask if there is another way. Alistair appears as an option, then the voice of his ghost comes out of nowhere to talk to Morrigan, and bam, my PC impregnating her. 
It's funny because I was just saying in another topic that everything would be great if I could somehow impregnate her as my PC instead of cringing to see her with Alistair or Loghead.

Well, it has to be Loghain, and you have to get him to agree to it. Then when he and you both go back to your room and Morrigan asks if the decision is made, ask her if there's any other way, and afterwards it should list Alsitair and Loghead's names. Does it get that far at least, or does selecting Alsitair not do anything?

I'd love for my Tasharra to get it on with Morrigan. *Cries*
I didn't understand the 'ser' thing at first, but in the end I found it somewhat immersive for my game. Even when it bugged out and I was refered to as a 'kind-man' once. Reason being is because my Tasharra has short hair and is very masculine looking. I just figured they were mistaking her for a man, which was what I wanted.
When Howe said, "And still playing the man I see." to my PC I actually jumped for joy. Was just so fitting.

Crazy, it should say this.
The fact that it doesn't makes me wonder what else there is to it. Have you done any modding at all? I know I've patched, but no mods or anything. Maybe it's story choice related, though whether or not Alistair is executed doesn't seem to matter. Hmm...

It's funny, I just tried in my save file where Alistair was alive instead of Loghain, and when you ask Morrigan if there is any other way after he agrees, the only option is "Then it ends here." The option of saying "Very well, Alistair has agreed" isn't there at all and you're forced to refuse her. Must have been switched out in the programming.

There are several female NPCs that have Ser as their title. There is at least one that you have to meet during the game, and IIRC more than one optional one. So it's perfectly fine if someone calls a female PC Ser, but I still don't really get the impression that they're saying Ser instead of Sir. Anyway, I can pretend...
