So I hope I m not posting a topic thats already under discussion but can't work out how to search forum and dont see it in there... If so just plz direct me to relevant tread :-)
Anyhoo - I've amassed about 15 items through promos, beta game etc and they are listed for ps3 in my registered game content. However they do not appear in my inventory when i play game. I have gotten some quests and have read something about locating some items in a chest in my players house - is that how i get them?
I'm linked to the right account btw...
Where's my stuff? (Items from account not avail in-game)

When you have gained entry to Kirkwall, go to Gamlens house, and search for a special deliveries box. Open it

Theres 2 chests in gamlens house. U want the 'special deliveries' one in the adjoining room not d storage chest in gamlens house - and b sure to b logged in to server/right account

I have (sort of) the same problem but they aren't showing up in the 'Special Deliveries' chest. the Unlockables menu also seems to reflect that I do not have access to them. However, my social.bioware.com account matches up with the one I have connected to in-game and it shows the various promo items my account should have access to... And yet my PS3 seems to disagree... ideas?

Is anyone else having issues with the Fadeshear and Lion of Orlais not being in the Special Deliveries chest in Gamlen's house? I'm on the PS3 version.

I've unlocked nine items on my bioware page but only four show up ingame (yes I've checked the special box in the house), the rest are not there. I've tried verifying my accounts, making sure they match, everything and no luck. I submitted a help ticket to the desk and no answer from them.
To bad a good game is jacked up because they spent to much time on promotions and not enough time making sure the crap works.

Does what email address I used to create the accounts affect this issue? I have the same username at both sites, but I accidently used two different email addresses. I posted a question on EA about changing the log-in email address, but they have not gotten back to me.
Because of this, am I going to loose out on the pre-order items?
