Does anyone know if there is a good Rune vendor somewhere, and if so where? I have seen a few scattered around, but for the most part they are pretty lacluster ( I am looking for decent weapon and especially armor runes for a mage).

The market in hightown has a rune "ordering" station... I don't know of a vendor who sells runes without materials and formulas.
