I normally do not use cheats,
however as you already know; Money/Coin comes in very small amounts in this
game vs. DAO/A. So having an extra 50 gold coins would be nice… However when I
follow the steps to add correct fields to make cheats available, I am running
into a problem. The direction states the following: 



Make a shortcut to your "da2.exe" file (typically
located in the C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Dragon Age 2\\bin_ship folder) on your
desktop, Start Menu, or wherever. Right click on the shortcut, choose
Properties, then add the following to the end of line in the "Target"
field: -enabledeveloperconsole — it should look something like this:
"C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Dragon Age 2\\bin_ship\\DragonAge2.exe" –enabledeveloperconsole.  



I have made shortcut and have entered Properties, However
when I trying clicking into “Target’ Field, I am unable to enter anything in this field. It
shows “Dragon Age 2”, not highlighted. PC version (Signature Edition), Windows
7 version/DirectX 11 version…Can anyone out there lend a hand?

id try making another shortcut by right clicking on the desktop and going to new-->shortcut

Thanks for advice Darkblade; however I still get the same thing, listed above.
