no matter what i do the game keeps telling me that there are still flint company mercenaries on the docks and i been on every inch of the docks and i cannot find anymore of them not even where the arrow is pointing, please help

There was an issue found that if you entered the sewers immediately after killing the flint company mercenaries it would not properly update the quest. I was told today that if you did this in Act 1 you will have another shot at it in Act 2 - just be careful not to enter the sewers until the quest updates (and you should probably save before hand just in case).
