Signature Edition Content not appearing in Registered Game Promotions

Couldn't find a reply on these forums about a solution to this, so here goes.

I registered my Signature Edition Online Pass succesfully, it came up saying:

You have acquired the following items:

Black Emporium           Signature Edition Rewards

Soundtrack                     The Exiled Prince

Yet none of these appear in my Profile -> Registered Game Content, thus I can't download them. And the code counts as spent, as I tried it again.

Anyone have any luck on sorting this out?

That happened for my ME2 dragon armor. Didn't mind then, but these DA2- items/DLC's are actually useful. Hopefully there is a solution.

Well, I managed to get that sorted out by EA customer support, so I have all my DLC now. So anyone with similar problems should try that, I think.

Same problem: I activated my dragon age II online pass for redeeming my code for the signature edition, but the content do not shows up in my registered game promotions. When i tried it again, it says: ' No response received from remote server... please check your Registered Game Promotions page to confirm if your promotion has been registered.' But they're not in the list.

I tried once more and then: Unable to redeem code.
That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again.

I registered the game, but nothing works. I pre-ordered the signature edition in a store, and bought it yesterday so i'm actually play it after the release. Strange...

+1 to this, same happened to me...seriously ***  you EA! Too much bs happens to people BUYING your games when pirating them seem more hassle-free! (DAO and Dead Space 2 come to my mind as well)

*Edit: so it can at least help a few of you here. I just called their customer support. The person was competent and told me this: odd sir, your sig edition does appear on our database as "registered". (it's not showing on my account, nor in game).
I've been  given a new code, entered it and this one works, the content is now available on my account. My thanks to this person from their customer service.

still this isn't what people who buy games should expect from a publisher. This whole "let's stop piracy with **** means" is having much more of an impact on real customers than on pirates themselves...stupid really.
