So Sten makes a cameo when you are with Isabela to find the relic. I don't know if he is dead but it sure looked like he was. There was no chit chat or anything. 1 of 4 members to help kill an archdemon and he is snuffed out in a 2 minute fight? I am confused.

I had that reaction when I was fighting the Qunari. The first time I thought "OMFG I JUST KILLED STEN" then I remembered that Sten wasn't his actual name, it was a title for someone of rank in the Qunari. Still, I felt sort of bad.
