Ser Gilmore NPC - Fully Voiced!
As you know, this mod brings your favourite knight of Highever back. Ser Gilmore will be your new party member to accompany you throughout the game, be your friend, lover, or sexy plaything.
Main changes in this release:
- New!! 257 new lines added to the mod, in the form of fully voiced random banters with other party member NPCs! (especial thanks to idomeneas for his awesome banter system.)
- A brand new Rory initiated conversation! There is an extremely important piece of DA lore that we have to address, and that may tie the Gilmores to Nevarra and the 3rd blight. Wow!! (Thank you, Questorion, for pointing this out!)
- New cutscene "Rory proposes", by Dhalialynn!!
- FULL compatibility with Zevran Dialog Fix (by ejoslin) and Morrigan Dialog Fix (by Terra_Ex)!
- Ser Gilmore now uses Companion Compatibility v2.0, by Sunjammer and Noob766 to improve compatibility with other NPC mods. party_events.dlg and cutscene_slideshow.dlg do NOT contain Ser Gilmore´s lines anymore. New dlgs are created.
- And other fixes and improvements (you can read the full list in the README file or in the project page).
Installation:
* BEFORE INSTALLING A NEW VERSION OF THIS MOD, UNINSTALL THE OLD ONE, AND THEN DELETE THE FOLDER Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\AddIns\\Ser_Gilmore_LBCI
* YOU NEED TO START A NEW GAME TO PLAY V3.
* Download BOTH RAR files: Ser Gilmore NPC part 1 and Ser Gilmore NPC part 2. Both rars are needed.
* Unrar the first part (right click - "extract here"). The other part gets extracted automatically. If for some reason it tells you a file is broken, use the WinRAR option to repair.If you are a MAC user, download Ez7z and register it (cost $7) then extract both files.
* The result is a file named Ser_Gilmore_NPC_v3.dazip, 428 Mb, and also a cc_core_200.dazip (Companion compatibility core v2.0) 564Kb.
* Once you extracted the .dazip files, you can either use daupdater.exe (in your Dragon Agebin_ship directory) or DAModder (which I recommend, and you can download from the Nexus).
* INSTALL BOTH DAZIPS. Once done, go to the game and activate both of them (usually, they are already activated.)
