Hi guys,
Hoping someone can help me out here- as I've been in the Live Chat queue for a while now, and it doesn't seem to be moving.
I picked up my Signature Edition today, redeemed all the codes, and nothing would show in the DLC menu or the Extras menu.
I rebooted the console, cleared the cache, and the extras showed up- but no DLC showed. So, I jumped onto the marketplace (through the DA:2 DLC menu) and selected the Black Emporium DLC. It prompted me to download, stating that the content had already been purchased, and I could opt to download it again- which I did.
After a quick download, I loaded back into the DLC menu and the Black Emporium showed, and worked ingame.
I still had no Exiled Prince or soundtrack in the DLC menu, so I attempted to manually download the content again (following the same procedure as above) and it has charged me 560MSP...
Now, I'm no expert- but considering the content is included in the signature edition, and it should have technically been a 'purchase' through the marketplace once the code was redeemed- it shouldn't ALLOW me to purchase the content again.
I'm a little annoyed at this, as it hasn't even fixed the issue and the Exiled Prince DLC still isn't showing, nor is the soundtrack.
Can I have some clarification on this, without a 'Contact Microsoft' response? I've been advised by MS that they have a 'no refund policy', and to contact EA. This is absolutely rediculous considering I technically can't purchase the same content twice.
