I have the armor set for both Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition and Mass Effect 2, and I've registered both copies of the game. All of my bonus content came automatically, including the Ser Isaac of Clarke and Gamestop pre-order Sword and Shield. Am I missing a step here somewhere?

No, it was in my chest when I got to the house. Do you maybe have to import a save from DA:O? I imported one, so I'm not sure if that's the problem for you.

I imported my save file from DAO as well, and it wasn't in my chest with the rest of the armor. :/

Did you own Mass effect 2 on the same playform as you have DA2 if not that's the reason. Check http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php does it say you have blood dragon armour for dragon age II?

Mass Effect 2 PS3 and DAO Ultimate don't do it. I imagine it's because you didn't get Blood Dragon as a DLC, you just have it by default.
Contact EA support by live chat or e-mail, they've been known to give it to people in your circumstance.

Fernando Melo has posted that they have a fix so that registering DAO Ultimate or ME2 PS3 on the site should unlock the Blood Dragon Armor for DA2. See his post here. You might try reregistering and then see if shows up on your entitlement page. If that doesn't work try EA Support.

It will still work, I've done it myself. Just ring EA or use their website webchat method they will solve it for you in a jiffy. EA really do have good customer support if speak to them.
I have transfered DLC from one console to the other when picked up a new copy of the game which never came with DLC. I just spoke to them and asked if they could transfer it to my other copy after I had registered the new copy to show that I did own it on another system. Took them like 2-5 mins and was done. Honestly any issue you have ring them or speak to them they are really good at helping via customer service even if they get bad rep for influencing design from their developer list; the support service itself is good.

I apparently have the Blood Dragon Armor in my extras on DA2, but it isn't unlocking...I know I have it registered and all that...so yeah.
EDIT: Never mind, I was just being stupid...I was checking the wrong chest lol
