Hey guys I am stuck on "Map of Occupied Kirkwall" quest. I pick it up someplace and I have no idea where to go with it.. Tried reading the description but I don't get it.. Also what's up with Rumors.. I can't seem to figure those out at all...... Have like 5 of them listed,..

For the Map you have to just bring it to somone in Kirkwall. I think they might be at The Gallows. But can't remember 100%

Rumors will turn into quests eventually. Or at least I don't remember doing a blasted thing to get them going other than paying Varric a visit when he wanted me to.

It's where you started in Kirkwall. On the map, approximately upper left corner. It looks like two towers.
