Something has gone horribly wrong with the texture of Bethany's hand. It looks gnarly as hell.

Nope, Isabela's hands look similarly creepy as hell. I think thats just how they look.

Maybe women in DA2 do a lot of dishes? Being in detergent and water all day long can do nasty things to your skin.
