When i run the game i have it linked to this account and the only promos out of the ones i'm entitled to that are not in the grey are the 2 Call to Arms tomes. Any one know a solution?
All entitles Promos grayed out in extras section except 2 tomes?

I'm having this same problem. I have many promos, like the the Dead Space, Blood Dragon, and Parlathan Staff, attached for my EA account, yet none of it is downloading to my console.
