When i try to play the game I have no dialogue sound. The sound effects and the music is still there, and I have checked the settings and dialogue sound is not muted. Anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it?

I'm having the same problem. I just searched the support site, and Dragon Age 2 isn't even listed yet in the Advanced Search options. I general search doesn't immediately show anything related.
Music and effects sound great. Just no dialogue. dxdiag (I'm running DX9 off the game DVD) tests come back fine for audio. I also tried toggling back and forth between forced stereo mode and normal (with game restarts between) and that didn't work either.
Any pointers would be most appreciated.

Okay... I just found a newer version of my audio driver that seemed to make it happy. Dialogue does work for me now.
Kodits, have you checked for an updated audio driver for your audio chipset?
