I had prdered a ME hoodie from the Bioware store, late March, after it having not arrived withing 2 weeks, emailed them. Said it could take up to 4 weeks to ship across the border. That might make sense, but I live in Calgary, Ab, the it's shipping from Vancouver, BC. Was told if it does not arrive in 4 weeks to try them again? This is ridiculous, just googling Bioware customer service I see I'm not the only one with problems like this. Great to know how much care is given to loyal customers to this company. Will never order from the online store again. Now, Am without the product ordered, and am sure no one there has a clue what is going on.

intylolo: If you read the terms and conditions on the Bioware Store site you will see that the orders are all shipped from Denver, CO USA. Despite the fact that it is not a huge distance it is, still, International shipping requiring the package to be processed through customs. Most orders to Canada arrive within 2-3 weeks, with the store allowing up to 4 weeks due to delays in customs, weather, etc.

Also, it's not bioware. The problem is with Treehouse. They handle the bioware merch.
But I'm with you really. I've had a running with them and have been very unhappy with their service, and other times it's just been dandy. It's weird. Their service is either really good (majority of the time) but when it's bad, it's really bad.

Point 1: It's damn near impossible to make a 'small' mistake in the customer service world when thousands are participating and even more are watching...and this is assuming a mistake was made, which if anything, the mistake was intylolo's...

Point 2: Humans arn't perfect, as intylolo should realize by now. If there's a mistake made by THBS's, they are quick to fix it...but this is (in general) rare, and in this particular instance non-existant.

@archive - not meaning to preach, but if you don't have something constructive to say, it would probably be best to just let old topics die. (All you said was that it was THBS, not Bioware, which Ms. Domino pretty much already said - and that they screw up sometimes, rarely...everyone screws up sometimes...!?!)

QFT. As much as I think Jedi does a good job with what he's given, I think they need to re-work their system so there's less room for human error.

Lord knows I haven't had anything but good things happen from THBS (free pragia and purgatory, free dead space 2 merch, etc), but it's interesting when I get messages saying my shipment has been sent nearly a week before it actually gets sent. I used to work in a warehouse, and we would get chewed out if our UPS stuff didn't get sent out the same day.

That being said...it sounds like your problem is ignorance. As was said, THBS is based out of the Denver Metro area...not sure where you got Vancouver, as they have offices in Montreal, Austin, and a headquarters in Edmonton. (among others that they aquired when EA gave them control over Mythic)
