I cannot find the Varterrals for the life of me. I've searched all of Sundermount and both caves. Anyone have any idea how to find it?

Merrill will have a quest later that takes you to the Varterral. You may already have the quest to go check on her in your journal.

Merril's personal quest in act II leads you right to it.
