 Hawkes mouth keeps moving with no sound.  he then repeats the line and resyncs the animations.  THis happens on about 2 out of 3 times he speaks a line.

I'm using a digital download signiture edition from the EAstore.

Procesor: Intel Core i7 Q 720 @ 1.6Hz
Clock speed: 1592 MHz
RAM: 4 GB 
Graphics: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730 1 Gig Video ram Driver: I downloaded the beta drivers but nothing is showing up in the configuration utility. So it's either 11.2 or 11.4beta.
Sound adapter: Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio) Driver: 6.0.1.5995
Operating system: Windows 7 home premium
DirectX 11 (june2010) or later

this is  a very frustrating error.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
