Despite unlocking the specialization talents and having an ability point to spare, the talents remain locked til level 99...

Is this a glitch, or do I just have to wait it out?

I don't know if this has been brought up, but the "forums search bar" isn't showing on my browser, so I apologize if I am re-asking...
