So I suddenly got the feeling like I was close to the end of the game. I am in "Chapter 3" after killing the Qunari, I am currently running around doing other sidequests and things feel like they have culminated and nearing climax. Can anyone tell me how many "Chapters" there are? By chapters I mean for instance the deep roads journey, and the qunari fight.
So how many "Chapters" are there?

I'm not done with the game yet, but from what I've heard and been told?
Three.
Three.

There are three acts, each ending in "Deep Roads" "Qunari battles" and the third is the problems with the Mages/Templars. Thats it.

So I am close to the end. Wow this is short.

Aye this game is about 1/3 as short as DOA was. I wish it didn't restrict us to ONE city.. but future DLC will hopefully resolve that.. and I HOPE they make better DLC for DA2

I really hope we see an expansion worth of the story. The game is very enjoyable, but feels soo much more rushed than DA:O. Has a lot of potential in the story.
Many reviewers said 50 hours, I'd have to say that is REALLY stretching it. I have done about 90% of all sidequests, I'm now coming up to the last battle and its only been about 20 hours.

I just finished the game. 3 Chapters, about 35 hours. About half as short as DA:O. A little disappointing, really, but I'm hoping DA III will be even more phenomenal.

I noticed, as well, that it only took me about a day worth of hours stretched over 2.

Act 3 seems so rushed, it's shorter, it's the one where i've found broken quests, and even if you support the Mages it still feels like you're working for the Templars.

Really?
I have 35 on a save where I only did some side stuff in Act 1 because I didn't know how the main quests work and thought quests under Secondary were mandatory to finish the act, Act 2 only main quests and romance and quests for 3 party members being used as well as Sebastian for making 4 Rivals/4 Friends achievement, and Qunari swords in Act 3 for the weapon that probably helped me out a lot.
And I was playing an Archer rogue. Granted, some of it was time I wasn't playing but had the game running. Though that only covers about 5, so more like 30. But there are a ton of quests I didn't do.
