The title really says it all. I'm probably missing something really obvious, but how do I use runes? As I understand it, you have to apply them to your weapon/armour, but I don't know how to do that. Any help would be much appreciated.

Find the Enchanting Apparatus. Next to Sandal. In Hightown near Bertrand in act 1, in your house in act 2.
