Ok, this is a strange bug and very frustrating to be sure.

I'm importing my first Origins character's data into DA2 and selecting the Witch Hunt file which was the final piece of DLC I played after all else (Origins, Awakening, Golems etc). My problem is that while it has a lot of the decisions made from Origins and Awakening, some key ones like placing Alistair on the throne are missing and apparently I never performed the Dark Ritual (which I did), suggesting to me that DA2 does not seem to believe I beat Origins.

I've heard about importing problems being solved by replaying the final conversation in Witch Hunt. Is that likely to help with this however?

I have a second female character which has beaten both Origins and Awakening (but not Witch Hunt) and that seems to import correctly, but I would rather the sequel use the history of my Original warden.

It should be noted that the DLC packs "Return to Ostagar", "Darkspawn Chronicles", "Leliana's Song", "Golems of Amgaraak" and "Witch Hunt" have no plot flags that are checked inside of Dragon Age 2 right now, hence the lack of descriptive plot flags when checking your save file plot summary.
