I feel absolutely stupid for asking this. But where can you find the Spirit Healer specialization? I really want to make Anders my healer, and want him to be able to use those abilities. Help is appreciated. (:

Anders cannot take on another specialization. You are stuck with vengeance.

Companions can not learn those particular specializations. However, Anders already has a similar specialization. It's the top half of his unique spec.

He has a Panacea sustained effect under the Vengence tree which is quite useful. The only drawback is that he cannot use offensive spells like cone of cold etc. when it is activated. Though he can use stun and the repulsion and paralysis spells.
