Basically,
game was going fine, I had points in spirit, and one in heal and mind
blast. Used the re-spec poition to try elemental.
Well now when I log on, I have the points in spirit and healing, AND elemental! But get this, it's on EVERY SAVE I have! Even if I take a respec potion, save with NO abilities spent, and load that save, it has those points in spirit and healing when I reload!

annoying as I now feel like I am cheating. Is there any way to stop the
game from synching up with the online profile? I disabled it in options
but the bug persists!

Allright, managed to fix this. I used the console command "remove talent" on all the ones I didn't want. Save and reloaded, well it didn't work, they all came back. So I repeated the steps, saved, waited until JUST NOW and reloaded. Worked.
