Can I sign in with a different account or change the EA account e-mail at the start of the game?
i want to change the account because the account that is on there now is not even a valid e-mail account.
What can I do?

You can by contacting EA Staff, I did using live chat. The problem everyone experiencing is when you change your email connected to PSN ID, you wont get bonus item Bioware suppose to give. For now until they addressed the issue dont change your email.
