Okay so I just got my copy today and I know this topic has probably been hammered enough but I searched the boards here before posting and couldn't find the answer. I got the Signature Edition of DA2. Came to the bioware site to register my copy before I load up the game because I want all the items to be in my chest at my uncles house when I get to that point. But... here's the problem.

I go to my registered game content and I don't see the black emporium there or the exiled prince? Am I doing something wrong? I see all my items, but I would like to recruit Sebastain as early as possible. Also I know the Black Emporium has some good items for reallocating stats if I mess up a characters build. So am I doing something wrong as to why this content isn't showing up? It should be in "Your registered game content" correct?

You need to input the 12 digit code that came with your copy of the game in the Playstation store.

For Signature Edition there should be 1 redemption code on a leaflet in your retail box. You can redeem it through the Playstation Store, In-Game using the Downloadable Content menu or through this site via http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php.

Looking at your entitlements I can tell you that you don't currently have Signature Edition based entitlements on the account you are currently posting under.

Then I didn't register it right because I do indeed have the signature edition. Pre-ordered three copies for me and my two brothers.

After speaking with a rep from EA.com it appears that I had a faulty code. Along with the other codes my brothers had. The rep corrected the mistake and we downloaded the the Black Emporium, The exiled prince and the soundtrack from the playstation store.
