 I downloaded the exiled prince, and I see Sebastian in front of the chanter's board.  But now I'm stuck, because I'm supposed to interact with the chanter's board but I cannot.  There is no way to click it, or anything.  Anyone else have this problem? How to fix it?

I had no problem getting the quest myself. Not sure if I clicked it or what. Mostly this first playthrough was kind of blindly stumbling through with what little information I had. Maybe...check your quest log and see if it popped up there for you?
It's called "Duty"

hmm, actually I loaded a save from way earlier and it let me click it. Lame, because it's like 3 hours earlier.

I know that post is clickable because I got quests from it earlier. I had to reload to a time before I accepted quests from it. Maybe if it has no quests and duty gets added to the board, the board still thinks it's empty?

Maybe. I had a glitch in my estate where it said I had unread letters when I had read everything thta was sent to me, even the junk mails. And Bodahn kept saying "letter for you" every time I went in.
