My gamertag was somehow connected to some random douchebags Email, at first, by some like of xxxagsxxagsasd@aol.com or another, and I tried to get it changed upon realizing that my account, this one, had all my items and that was why they weren't showing up. Upon getting it fixed, I started experiencing these issues, and the Tech Support is absolutely incapable of understanding that I don't know who that person was, how my gamertag was signed up, or anything.

And yet, they can't do anything about it, somehow. They can't just link the Gamertags and Accounts together. Isn't that something? EA and Bioware have effectively tied a knot in their damn networks so many times that they cannot simply correct a single ID, which would effectively make this work, and is the only problem that I am seeing. I still find it hard to believe that every single problem that has occurred with this is because of this singular cause, but even if it were, knowing the root of the problem, a simple mis-linking error, and not being able to do a damned thing about it?

Are both of these companies so completely full of gibberish and muddled thoughts that they cannot and refuse to fix this relatively simple issue? The worst part is, apparently, that they don't keep logs of any of the changes that occur on their network. So, my email address was changed to this one. No problem. What was it before? Who knows. This guy swears up and down that the email address stated never existed, but I've seen it on my Xbox when I had the problem, and apparently, it cannot be recalled by tech support, from any logs or anyone who changed the account over..... What.

So, I am essentially screwed out of my unlockable content. Content that is on the damned disc that I payed for, but am unable to access because some jackass signed up my Gamertag for some nonexistent account, according to Lucas from Tech Support, and that nothing can be done to fix it.

Absolutely laughable.

I wonder at which point this becomes False Advertising, though. Or at which point it becomes Fraud. Surely, the items are there, and not everyone is having problems, but evidently, it's an issue that doesn't appear, from the attitudes of the Tech Support team, will ever be fixed. Compensation may soon become an issue, and I'd love to see EA and Bioware try to weasle their way out of that, especially after this crap.

Even better, at the beginning of this ticket: 110328-000963

"Vincent" apparently found the account that I described, and transferred all the account content that was assigned to it, over to mine, as I requested, after I proved that I owned the email address, the gamertag, and the Windows ID.

"Lucas" is saying that the account doesn't exist, and the issue can't be fixed.

Really? This is all occurring in the same ticket. Absolutely terrible.
