You know that armor that mage Hawke wears in the beginning of the game when Varric embellishes his story? Do we get that armor when Hawke actually becomes Champion? Will we ever get that armor to begin with?
I like playing as a mage, but I'm not a big fan of robes <_<

I agree, the robes suck. Im having a real hard time finding anything cool to wear. Its kinda hard to feel like a bad **** when your wearing a moo moo.

After you become the Champion. In act 3 you'll pick up pieces of it. Here and there. Until that they have variations of the armor you start off with. In the beginning of the non-exaggerated portion. Coolest looking Robes are the Spiral Eye Robe, and one you can buy form the Emporium in act 3.
