 I have registered my Signature Edition and in "my registered game content" both The black emporium and The exiled prince appear correctly.
But I can't find anything about them while playing the game! No informations in the diary, no new locations, nothing!

The First Time You get an Entry about the Exiled Prince if i am correct is near the Chantry, Vael of the Exiled prince should be arguing with the Games version of a nun as he post a quset on the Chantry board.

The Black Emporium should appear on the map when you where you leave one area and go to another, i.e hightown to lowtown.

Look in the "profile/game contents" and when U see the list of things that U have activated, click in the "Info" link of those things, like "Vael of the..." and a window will open with the option "Download" download it, install it, and play that with two of those things. hope it works!

This happens when I try to manually download and install The Black Emporium...
In the main menu of the game it is still written "use the code to unlock the black emporium etc etc"..but i've already done it!

I'm no expert on this, but it looks to me as though you've got a corrupted file. Try downloading it again.

No it's the same...maybe us european are still unable to use that addons..for example, on the Bioware's page for The exiled prince dlc, there is no way to download it, no link...
So maybe those contents are still locked for us...

EDIT: the black emporium works now, the third time i tried to manually download it and install it,it has worked...now it appears also in the dlc contents in the game main menu; nothing has changed with The Exiled Prince, i try to manually download it, but it will take 2 hours!

About the download time i cant really help you with that as if depends on the number of people downloading it and i persume the sepped of your internet connection.

How ever from experince you have to manualy download the following, for them to work these are:

1) Black Emporium
2) Exiled Prince
3) Signature Edition Rewards(depends on the edition you have)

Note all other registered game content should appear with an entry in the journal on how to acquire them. There are several items that you can only get by playing dragon age legends.If you go to Dragon age 2 wiki, under DLC, you will find a list.

Thank you, but i have correctly in game all the items that are shown in my registered game contents; both The Black Emporium and the Signature Edition Rewards are working.
The Exiled Prince doesn't appear in the opening game menu in my downloaded contents, while The Black Emporium now does.
I hope there is a connection with the fact that on the Bioware's addons page the link is not available, so maybe they're still working for releasing it to us european.
Anyway i'll try to manually download it and install it, hope that this will work as with The Black Emporium...

You posted this in the DA2 "Demo" Tech forum, not the correct DA2 Tech forum to suit whatever platform you are using.

hi,

i downloaded the premium content for xb360 and i began playing the exiled prince dlc. i continued my game in other console and now that dlc appears as if it was completed when it was not. anyone else having this problem?

Maybe cause your playing the Demo and not full version of game? Least thats what I gather since post is in the forum section for the demo rather than in the areas for full game.

download the DLC's and install them then open game and log in to your EA account and the unlocks should be there.
