The fadeshear and lion of orlias shield are not showing up in my chest, nor are they shown in the "unlockables" section of the main menu, despite being listed as registered game content on my profile here. Also, the staff if paralethan is shown as registered game content on my profile here, but is not unlocked in the game and not in the chest. Help please?

I have my ea master account linked to my gamertag, but how do I link my bioware account to the same gamertag?

I'm having the same problem, despite a live chat and a further message to ea support.

Your EA Online account and Social.Bioware.com account must be the same one in order to access most of the content. If you've assigned your xbox live account to a different email than your Social one youll need to contact EA Customer Support and get that rectified.

My ea account, bioware social account, and xbox live account all use the same email and username. My ea account is already linked to my xbox gamertag. I have had no trouble accessing content in mass effect 2 so it has worked in the past.

Is there no way I can manually link my bioware account to my gamertag? Currently my bioware account does not show my gamertag, but like I said the ea account is linked with the gamertag.

And when you log in to the game on the main menu in the bottom left it says Linked to Account: [your login name]?

If your email/pw match on the site and the EA login thats beyond my ability and youll have to talk to EA Customer Service and tell them they are not linking up for whatever reason.

Luke - I have verified the above, and asked EA CS for assist via Live Chat. They manually added the respective entitlements to my account, and gave me another couple of pass-codes to enter myself (which I did). The Bioware Social site gave me the green check-mark and said they were successfully added. However, even after another RL 24 hours (including turning the XBox off for the night), the items still do not appear.

If I've worked with EA CS, they've manually added the entitlements to my account, and I still only get *some* of the items (which means I am indeed logged in), what should my next step be?

Yes the screen says it is linked to my ea account. Forget it this is way too much hassle I'm so over these little dlc unlockables they are more trouble than they are worth...

I have done all of this and double and triple checked it. It has been over 48 hours and I have all the unlockables except for the Gamestop Shield and Sword. Any word when this is going to be fixed

I have verified that all is correct on my end. The items show on this site that I should have them but they do not appear as available in the "Extras" menu and they are not available from the chest in game. I have a trouble ticket with EA that states that further investigation is needed. This issue is now 4 days old and I really struggle to believe that it can be this complicated.

Same problem, and I know that my EA account is connected with my xbox, because my ME2 DLC and my DA:O stuff syncs between the two just fine. But all my extra stuff from DA:L, buying the signature edition, and signing up for newsletters is not there.

No, it's an EA Fail. I updated my online ticket, and Abdiel's response was to instruct me how to restore my connection by powering off my modem for 10-15 minutes, resetting the time/date on my XBox to 11/15/2005, and free up the UDP/TCP ports. This has absolutely nothing to do with connectivity, and I even mentioned in the email that I had access to a few promo items, just not everything (proving I am logged in, which is the first question everyone asks).

Fail is Fail.
