I got the 50 sovereigns and the map and gave em' to Batrand. Now he's says to finish up some stuff around Kirkwall. I did every quest in my journal except for some rumor that says "cannot be followed up on at this time". Is anyone else having this problem?

Do the rumor quest, and then talk to him again. ;] EDIT: Oh wait, just re-read the part that says it can't be followed up on. Which rumor quest are you referring to? Did you go back to your house and get all the letters and do all those quests? Did you speak with everyone afterwards for all the conclusions? I dunno, if you have it must be a bug.

The rumor quest says "According to Varric, a group of mages being transported from Starkhaven hasn't arrived at the Gallows. It's currently just a rumor, however, and cannot be followed up on at this time." What does that mean?

Ah, yeah, those letters at the house...didn't do those lol xD. Guess I'm off to Gamlen's house! And the rumor is called: "Act of Mercy"
