Well I reinstalled the game and my menu screens are now visible so I can play the game.  However, the graphics are horrible.  And it's not because I have a problem with the new graphic design they went with either.  All character outlines are jagged and steplike during gameplay.  I'm playing in DX9, using a AMD Radeon 2600 XT card, and get am only allowed to play at medium settings.  At first I chalked it up to outdated hardware and have already ordered upgrades but what I don't get is why the demo looked so much better than the full game.  So now I'm thinking this is a bug of some kind.  Any help?

back down on your resolution one step, check, and keep doing it, see if you can get it to look better buy doing that. and you already know un-check stuff in video setting you don't need to help the performance.

IMO, the Demo really bore rather little relationship to the actual game, when it came to the hardware it would run with. I already identified the 2600 XT as the more likely minimum that the official 2600 Pro, if in fact the 7900 GS is an accurate, appropriate minimum Geforce. A minimum card should only be running minimum image quality and medium resolution, or vice versa, minimum resolution, with medium image quality.

Thanks for the help, however, now I feel like a moron. In short I just needed to adjust the resolution. It's amazing really, when replaying KOTOR recently and having similar issues that was the first thing I thought of. I guess with other technical issues I was having and the fact that I am in need of a new gaming PC, I looked right past the obvious. Thanks again
