I'm having a similar issue to the other guy only mine doesn't seem to be going away.

The only sound I'm not getting in is the voices during the cutscenes and the dialog scenes.

My video card is ATI Radeon HD 5570

I've googled and gone to their site and other for the latest drivers, but the downloads I get seem to make certain parts of some sites flicker a bit and that is it. No impact on the game itself. 

These are two of the file names:
11-2_vista64_win7_64_dd_ccc 
ati_DriverInstaller_DT

Am I just downloading the wrong stuff here? I need help and appreciate any link or other solution.
