Hi.
I'm experiencing a weird issue. Whenever I move, there's a weird stuttering present in the movement of all characters.
However, if I hold the right mouse button, turn the camera slightly and keep holding the button, the stuttering is no longer present.
This is a weird issue. Can anyone help me? I'm using the latest 11.4 Catalyst drivers.
Weird movement frameskipping/stuttering fixed by holding right mouse (camera) button

There have been numerous people reporting this issue in multiple posts. I think it needs to be pinned to the first page.
And yes, I have this problem too, on both my systems:
Intel Xeon X3220 @3GHz
8GB DDR3 1333MHz
GTX 470 1280MB (267.24)
Win 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
1920x1200 resolution
DX11 renderer, Very High, 4x AA, 4x Ani, SSAO + DOF + HQ Blur + high-res texture pack
and
Intel Core i7 720QM 1.6GHz
6GB DDR3 1333MHz
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670 1GB (11.2)
Win 7 Ultimate x64 SP1
1920x1080 resolution
DX11 renderer, High, 2x AA, 0x Ani, everything else off
Just as holding the right-mouse button down removes the lag, so too does positioning the cursor over the bar on the bottom.
