This is the one thing that bothered me severely throughout the whole game, its absolutly horrifying.

Also someone else mentioned being able to choose who to save, Bethany or Carver. Not sure if ya finished the game, but having a mage either be your main, or your sister, is crutial. I dont think the story can function correctly if Bethany or yourself are not a mage.

A few things I would like to see:
~Fix the rigging of the characters, during several cutscenes their arms bend in a way that either flattens their arms, or makes them irregularly shaped. That or they did the topology wrong.
~For all the fireworks a mage can pull off, never once have I seen a body get burned or fire continue to burn the ground moments after the combat stops. 
~More craftable items. For as many craftable resources as there are, it sure seems like a waste. That and only a few times did I actually need to use the poisons and gernades.

While I do not know of a mod that would allow you to have this, it is possible to use the command console to give your character the tree Ander's uses. Here is the link as to how to use the console: http://dragonage.wik...mpanion_Talents

You can already change that.

Just go into the OPtion and uncheck (or check idk) the Violence somethingsomething Box.


That's the persistent gore, I think, which I don't mind so much. I just want, after a battle, for my chars to have like half as much blood covering them, a more realistic amount, and to not have to keep dodging body parts during the heat of battle!

Accessing the tree isn't the problem, I don't mind bringing him along in my squad.  I just think it was a colossally stupid decision to make it so that Group Heal is only accessible by having Panacea activated, which sucks away half your mana.  Makes mages borderline useless in combat IMO; having Group Heal as an independent spell (as was in DAO) made much more sense.

One request I do have for a mod would be to change the designation of the longswords into daggers so that I could use longswords with the dual-wielding tree. If noone has the time to make this mod, perhaps you could tell me what files and where in the files I am supposed to edit to change the designation. Thanks!

Here's an idea. Create a mod where Hawke travels to Fereldan to meet The Hero for some sort of important mission that takes place in Fereldan. Hero then travels to Kirkwall and you play him/her there. Sort of a swap...ala DMC4.

More Character Customization Options for Character Creation. (Specifically allow for better and more customization of the chin, jaw, cheeks, hair, and well, everything... also the tints/colors thereof.)
Isabela's breasts on main character.
An amazoness mod for DA2 just as there is one for DAO.
Make weapons more oversized.
Ashirok as a Qunari Companion.

i know it wouldnt fit in very well with the dialog and other aspects but i think a playable quarani race would be pretty neat...too bad nothing about it would fit into the game...

also, im sure this has ben adressed but i would like to be able to equip a longsword or mace andjust be able to see that w/o the crappy generic shield that pops up...pretty lame imo...

I would like somebody to fix this negative damage resistance bug my Hawke gets.

-5 percent when he has nothing equipped or activated. Its starting to annoy me.

Also, if anybody's capable of modding the, "Who Needs Rescuing?" quest in Act 3 to actually work, that'd be awesome too.

Well, I think this might be the best place for this after all. Expect it doesn't seem a lot of these requests are noticed. But I'm not one to judge as I know nothing of modding this game.

So, glowing eyes. Like what Anders and the last boss has. Doesn't sound like something too difficult atleast, but I could be wrong. If achieved, it could look rather cool.

Seems that there is a bit of animosity between the modding community and BioWare at the moment. It might be a while before we see a mod for DA2 come out. Sorry to say.

A lock bash mod for warriors would be a godsend.

Also, more hairs. The community has made some really good hairs. Would be nice to have them in DA2.

I would like something you think would be simple but just the ability to switch weapons by putting them in the action bar. If I want to dual wield and then switch to a bow for archery I have to go into inventory and switch weapons. Its very annoying.

One thing I would really love (and i'm sure many others would as well) is for companions to have access to all trees (as in you can't make some the elf chick heal, and isabela can't use a bow, that sort of thing). Don't know if it would be possible, but I hate not being able to bring along isabela without a ranged main.
