I just became the champion of kirkwall and i hear I'm almost done, will I see Flemeth? What happened about her ritual? and what about the giant dragon? Where is that?

You don't see her again, no. We, the players, have no idea what will become of her for now. What we DO now is that she's alive even after (in my save) the Warden killing her.
Maybe she'll go after Morrigan, who knows?

The people said they needed to find the champion of Kirkwall because of a great war. It could be hinting at a war that involes her and this time perhaps entire world needs someone. I was shocked Leiana was there, I do miss her and wish she would reappear in the DA2 with a more active role
