OK i bought the regular game well i had to cause the peopl at gamestop were being lame saying that they didnt have anymore when they clearly had 20+ in a stack but whatever i preodered it  registered my game aso for the newletter and  bought the exiled prince dlc so i havent really had any problems but when i did companion quest for the elf girl upon exiting her home my loading screen was all fuzz but it still had the loading icon and the tips that it shows each loading screen was there then it cut to dashboard now when i try to load my game says i do not have the dlc for the item thrice enchanted gloves fromt he signature edition which is compelety silly because i never did cause i didnt get the signature edition do i have to restart the game >.<

Try reinstalling your exiled prince DLC first before restarting the game. You cannot load a save that has additional content if it's not on your system so possibly this DLC got corrupted in some way.

We'll look in to this internally if that doesn't help. In the mean time there is no way to salvage that save so unfortunately you'll have to start again if the reinstall doesn't work.
