So yes, I have to admit that in the beginning of the game I kept running back to him just to swoon over his voice but I think the knight-captain has developed into a very interesting character throughout this game and is in dire need of a fanthread I personally thought it was nice to see him play a bigger part in the story and I had the feeling we might come to see even more of him in the future.
I loved how his doubt about Meredith's ways started to set in and how he struggled against that without losing his marbles this time.

Also, on a more rabid fangirl note, it was nice of him to mention he knew a very special Amell once

I never got the "zomg Cullen squeeeeee" thing, but I love what he's become in DA2. I was surprised to discover that I was all "Oh crap, am I going to have to kill Cullen? I don't want to kill Cullen!" at the end. He just seems to have matured so much without losing what made him Cullen, you know?
