The All That Remains Quest had one of those quest markers on the map to use my Uncle and the Urchin but there was nothing in game that let me know that I could also complete it by using Gascard, I only found out because of the guide.

I did talk to Gascard in Darktown and completed the quest but it is still showing up on the Lowtown map and Uncle and the Urchin are still standing there with the quest marker over them. The journal says I have completed it, however. So far it has not interfered with anything but I thought I should post this just in case.

I was told that should I spare Gascard in Prime Suspect and not sicc the Templars on him later, that he would be in Darktown after All That Remains, either to be forgiven or executed. If this is the case, my game is glitching and he is not appearing in Darktown.

epsilonace, you forgive or kill Gascard during the All that Remains quest; he comes along with you if you go find him in Darktown instead of Gamlan and the urchin.

Yeah ran into the same problem as the OP in one of my play throughs. I reported this in the Act 2 thread of glitches.
