So, friendship or rivalry, which companion did you get to 100% first?

I got Varric to 100% friendship first, about the middle of Act 2, followed almost immediately by Anders, with Aveline not far behind.

Varric because i guess they intentionally made him really easy to make a good friend.
Merril second, then aveline and isabella later on.

but the first two were varric and merril way before anyone else.

It was Bethany for me. Not surprising since I played Hawke as a protective elder sister from the get-go.

Fenris first, then Varric, then Anders. Tried everything I could to get Carver to 100% friendship but I only made it to like 50%. There has to be a way to do it.

I think I got Carver to 100% rivalry first. Then came Anders with 100% friendship.

Anders. I never did get anyone to 100% rivalry when I stuck to roleplaying the character. I got Fenris pretty close. And royally POed Sebastian.

100% friendship was, in order: Varric, Anders, and then Sebastian. I have Fenris at 100% rivalry, everyone else is stuck in between somewhere.

Varric, Isabella, Fenris, and Aveline. Varric I got at the end of the Deep Roads, Isabella and Fenris mid-Act II and Aveline at the beggining of Act III. I have Merril at total rivalry since I am against blood magic and I guess she doesn't respond well to smarminess but she lives with me and I'm still tapping that so screw her.

I imagine that if Merril had any friends she would constantly be complaining about her rich, influential, and generally smart mouthed boyfriend who never lets her do anything she wants lol.

Bethany, without breaking a sweat. Anders and Varric were Friendly not too far into Act 2, then Fenris and Aveline. Isabela left, Sebastian is stuck in Neutral and I'm getting close to getting Merrill up there, and I've just started Act 3.
