I wonder if we can get a 'clear all update' functionality for the social site.

Right now, to clear an update, you have to access the content it refers to. However, if the content isn't there, you it doesn't update as checked and so lingers.

Right now I have '5 new updates.' Two of them are people tagging them me in photo and then deleting it. Three of them are the 'SRM test' blog Jeff posted today and then deleted. (I had subscribed to his blog)

I've also got two invites I can't clear to a group I didn't join, but my profile lists me in twice. The actual requests are different in that they are Join or Cancel, as opposed to Accept/Reject as well.

But yeah, had "2 new updates" as my minimum for a while now.
