WoW I have to say this was my favorite fight up to this point in the game. I am currently playing on Nightmare and HOLY HELL is it hard. I took seriously 34 minutes to kill it! I loved it, every time I anyone of my companions health got low my heart started beating! I was so in the moment, Bioware did a great job with the combat and letting loose on a boss for a half hour really really made me appreciate the work they did.
By the way...this was a one shot kill! Took 34 minutes what are your guys times on the Rockwraith and who did it on Nightmare?
Kudos, Rockwraith is fun!

Yeah, that had to be my favorite fight out of all the Bioware games I have played. I had to restart the fight around 10 times (I was playing on hard, btw) because Anders (my healer) liked to run right up to the Rockwraith.

I was controlling each, I can't let them run freely ><! I LOVE haste. I wonder how long Christ Priestly took I remeber him hating on them. Rogue Archer spec really shined to especially as Varric shooting off 5 shots with Rhyming Triplet and it's upgrade.
I can't wait to see more bosses the game has to offer.

Just beat the Rockwraith tonight. If there was one fight that really made me miss the iso camera view from Origins, that was it.

Meh, they could've done more with it, but at least it had me on my toes.

I'm in Act 2 and I have to agree so far that was the best boss fight.

It's pretty much the Talon King Ikiss boss fight from Sethekk Halls in WoW.

It was indeed awesome, its a shame its the only boss that has kept me on my toes, the rest have been pushovers.

Without the random polypmorphs and with adds. Ahs, the perks of being a druid for that fight...

I just finished that thing last night! Ughh even on normal he was difficult for me, I only had 4 potions for that battle! I had to redo the thing 4-5 times.

The rock wraith has been the only actual battle I've fought in 2, as the rest were all hack 'n slash.

I found it extremely boring. But that's probably because I played WoW and seen much better boss / trash fights.
Still, a good start for DA towards more complex fights instead of just tank & spank.

I found it a very cheap boss. I spent more time struggling with the controls than anything.

It was fun the first time. Incredibly tedious on replays though. It's like doing an mmo boss... by yourself. Which takes out the part that makes them interesting.
