They are unlocked by playing Dragon Age Legends on Facebook. When you link your Facebook account to your EA account by logging in, as you progress through the game, you get certain items unlocked in your DA2 game content.
So far, I have evra's might and the trophy belt. I haven't gotten far enough to get the rest yet.
