Here we are two days after launch and I haven't seen any official word on addressing the multi-layered mess with the release.

Got a message from Bio, it wasn't your typical "We are aware of the problem" reply,..
sounded like an honest to goodness, sincere explanation of teh situation,...Im sure they will have something out here soon.
