I just finished the first act and I am currrently working on some quests in act 2. I visit merchats regularly to check for backpacks and potions if they are in stock.
Weird thing happened was I had 14 health potions, 13 lyrium potions and 9 stamina potions in inventory. I checked a merchant in Hightown and he had stock on all 3. I bought them all out and I can see my gold going down from 115g to 108g. I then checked my inventory and it said that I had 5 health, 5 lyrium and 5 stamina....I thought I sold them by accident but I checked the buyback and it wasnt there.....
WTF!
Also when looting potions from corpses they are also not 100% adding to my inventory.
Potions not adding to inventory.

Anybody have an answer here? I pick up health potions during looting quite often, but they very rarely actually increase the number of potions in my inventory.
EDIT : After closer monitoring, it's not "very rarely" as I claimed, but still often enough to warrent investigation.
