Terrible game. The plot is utterly pathetic, and the constant, repetitive spawning of enemy after enemy in every single fight is possibly the most boring experience I've ever had in a Bioware game. Anyone who says they aren't bored by this is either lying or comatose.

8/10. Not as epic story as first, less options on character creation. But the rest is solid and good.

Origins 8/10, now I wuld give it 7/10.
ME 8/10, ME2 10/10.

6, would've been 8 if not for DA:O being so different and better. It just makes it feel like an unworthy sequel and a violation of the source material
(maybe not the best description but I hope you get my point)

Repeated dungeons.. companions have the same armor the entire game, except anders.
Love the time flow, hawk talks, the combat is awesome ( with higher difficoulty rating ) I miss leliana ><

but not at ALL as I expected it to be. Why EA Damn you...

Go back to playing SIMS or whatever kindergarten games you play with rediculous plots.
I'll admit the spawining of "reserve" troops every battle is anoying and the mob AI could use some work, but, the plot is great. It does not follow any pre determined course as most games do as did DOA 1. big bad monster threatens the world, chaos reigns bla bla bla. then a lowly, unlikely hero rises to kill the monster under the bed, good night all done the end. BORING. DOA 2 however, You dont know what the ending is going to be like until you reach 6th year.

I'll give the game an over all 9, if I wanted a great interactive fighting game go play a FPS if you want a hack n slash with a good story FANTASTIC voice acting with a solid engine play DOA2

I have to give it a 7.75. There are a lot of improvements (combat, graphics, the boss battles) but there were equally things that I didn't like at all. It's like they threw out the baby with the bathwater in some instances. Not everything in DA:O needed fixing BioWare.

DA:2 is going to be the Matrix: Reloaded of video games. Pretty good, but so inferior to the original that it forever leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

If i wanted to play a great Hack'n'Slash, with good story and fantastic Voice acting, id play God of War series.

DA2 has terrible "Hack'n'Slash" (if you can call the combat that) combat gameplay, mediocre to bad story, and mediocre voice acting.

Go play a real action game, instead of the crappy hybrid DA2 is. If i want action, i'll play a shooter or GoW. If i want A Bioware Style true RPG, ill play DAO. Since DAO is one of the only true RPG's left, and Bioware has decided to make half-hearted, un-fun action games like DA2, im left with no more true RPG's other than Bethesda and Obsidion (bless them).

7 out of 10 for DA2 in my books.

Origins was a 10 out of 10.

DA2 is still a good game and I am enjoying it. But I can tell already, beyond trying the three classes and any expansion they release (I'll probably skip their DLC) I may only get a few replays. I had like 10 in Origins.
