bumping every 5-20 minutes won't help... on topic, can you open the pictures in another program? what file format are they and how large are the files?

what is the resolution they've been captured at? Or rather what resolution are you playing the game at when taking screenshots?

sounds like they are corrupt in some manner on your comp or possibly due to a virus as mine snap and upload fine tho i allow the game to do it rather than uploading manually

Check the social club forums. It's a social club issue, not a dragon age issue.

how this can not be a Dragon Age issue where the Game takes the pictures...

Because the issue your having is uploading. The game takes the screenshot fine, but the uploading to the social club site is what's causing issues. Meaning the social club is what's having problems. As the game is generating pictures that can be viewed in the OS with a a normal picture viewing program, the issue then isn't the game.

I'm assuming your uploading to the social club, and not to another image sharing site like photobucket, since you haven't said otherwise.

This may help you, taken from

22. REQUEST: Photo Albums/My Alums - Image Size

(social.bioware.com/52/albums/16/101)

Image appear to be limited to 500x500 pixels which is too small for pretty much anything these days. The body section of a page on this site is about 776 pixels wide, so the width of every image in this report have been reduced in by over 35%.

There are a couple of potential solutions: add a on-click pop-up to show the full resolution (or at least higher resolution) image; or expand the viewer as shown (the green arrows are in keeping with all other pages on the site, the orange arrows would break with the normal layout but shouldn't cause any issues).

I estimate there are about 134/135 pixels on either side which could be put to better use. The image width could potentially be increase to 768 which would almost be wide enough for a the images in this report!

I realise there have to be some restrictions however they are not mentioned anywhere. Regardless of the preceding request add a note to the image upload page explaining what the restrictions are (height, width, size and extensions) and how they are applied so that we can at least try and create our images accordingly.

Try opening the file in the O.S., copying the picture, and pasting it in a new canva's with a program like paint. Save as a Jpeg and try uploading it then.

Honestly I don't think it's corrupted, if it can be opened in the O.S., it means the picture isn't the issue.

*Shrugs* Try moving the file from Screen shots to the desktop or something. Then try uploading it. Also if you have the game open while uploading, that may cause issues. Who knows. DA:O and the Social Club have so many bloody bugs through them at the moment it could be anything.
