Hello,

I've recently completed the game as a mage, and wanted to (idealy) start at level 10ish or so as a rogue or warrior, without goig through 10-15 hours of replay.

Would anyone w/ a warrior or rogue at level 10 or so be kind enough to offer uploading their saved game folder? I can do the same in return with my mage, although the latest save I have w/ him is before the very last fight.

Or maybe there are certain, non-buggy, console commands that can allow me to start at a certain phase, at a certain level..

There you go. He's a Level 10 Warrior, and there's some of Avernus' brew in his inventory, so you can respec him. I'm only a few quests away from starting the Deep Roads expedition, and I hope you have the Signature Edition rewards and DLC; if not, send me a message and I'll get to it as soon as I can (Internet connection for the weekend won't be very dependable, though).
