When you are at near the final battle in Kirkwall, heading towards the gallows from the docks the game will always exit back to the main menu and a message stating "Unable to load". Tried reloading a save from earlier and every single time the same result. The ONLY way to fix this is to completely turn off your console and then restart the game. Bioware, please look into this for us!
