Are you kidding? I "forgot" my email/password? After 3 days EA can't figure out how to activate my game?

I am having a similar problem. I had to request my old password as I had not logged in for a while.
This was sent to me, and I went through the procedure to set a new password. This worked fine. I registered the game online, and my bonus promo codes. Fanstastic.
However each time I fire up the game and try to Activate, it advises "We could not activate Dragon Age II on this computer....."

I reset my password but to no avail . . . . . still won't allow activation
